It is important to check the packaging upon the reception of the order. If leakages or symptoms of breakage are detected the delivery should not be accepted, In this case get in contact with our Customer Service Department at 941890626 or firstname.lastname@example.org, or write a reservation note in the delivery note and contact customer service through the same phone number and e-mail describe before.
Should the delivery could not be done due to absence, the transport agency will leave a note with the phone number to be used to arrange the deliver.
Transport cost is automatically included in the user´s order. This price includes transport cost + VAT + safety packagings to avoid damages.
After the order reception the buyer has 7 calendar days to return the product. Before returning the product you should send an email to email@example.com.
Returns caused by negligence.
If the delivery reason could be imputable to Click&Wine, the company will carry with the cost of the delivery and will send a messenger to customer´s address and will change the product for another similar or return the money back..
If the return reason is not imputable to Click&Wine, the customer will carry with the delivery cost.
Returns can only be made in the original package and in perfect conditions.
